Often clients are faced with the situation that the design project approved by them can not be implemented. It happens when some objects in the project (wallpapers, furniture, textiles, finish materials) are virtually created by the designer and they are not available on the market.
In addition, there are situations when furniture or decoration materials are taken from foreign sites, but such a product or supplier are not represented on the Russian market. It can be difficult and unduly expensive to order this product from abroad, so there is no way to follow the design project for the full 100%.
Therefore, one of the basic principles of our work is that all our projects are realizable, and all the interior and decorative items involved in the project are available.

- Availability of all materials. We have our own supply department, which buys and delivers all the necessary materials to the site.

- We recommend a team of contractors with whom we have cooperated many times. We are confident that they will be able to realize all our ideas. We select contractors depending on the complexity of the design project.
We conclude a contract with the team, which prescribes deadlines and a fixed price per square meter.
To accurately comply the finishing work with our created project, we offer our clients an additional service of author’s supervision – that is, we take care of all the work on quality assurance of repairs and the timeliness. In this case, you get the "turnkey" property.
